Private Sessions

Private sessions are appropriate for those wanting more personalized attention. All sessions are designed specifically for your body and will include a combination of joint mobility work (Functional Range Conditioning®), Pilates and traditional strength training.

All new clients begin with an initial full joint assessment and conversation about goals. The length of time clients work with me varies greatly depending on the goals set, however, most people feel improvement in 3-6 months. Some people choose to transition into group Kinstretch® classes and some choose to work privately long term.
