Kinstretch® Group Classes

Kinstretch® classes are 50 minutes long and taught live, in person and virtually at my studio and Murmurations Aerial in Burlington, VT.
Sign up for the full session or drop in for a live in-person or live virtual class.
Booking Policies
Online booking for private sessions is currently unavailable. Please contact me to book your appointment!
Appointments must be cancelled by 3:00PM the day before to avoid a full session fee charge.
This cancellation cut-off window allows clients more flexibility and gives me time to fill your spot or adjust my schedule.
This cancellation policy is not extended to those on monthly memberships.
I accept cash, check, all major credit cards and Venmo payments.
