Pilates can be a great jumping off point for those returning to exercise, are post-natal, or recovering from injury. Pilates is a low impact, intelligent form of movement that supports your body where it’s at.

The 5 Polestar® Pilates principles of movement flow through every session I plan for my clients:

The studio is equipped with all Pilates apparatus - Reformer, Trapeze Table (Cadillac), Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, Arcs and many small props.

Sessions include a mixture of traditional Pilates exercises on various apparatus, as well as some traditional strength training movements.
